非常抱歉,向你推荐了这个盒子。我也是看他们便宜,尝试了这个盒子。前面的时间还算好,最后一周服务器再也连不上。发ticket,email都没有人回。两天后,我直接paypal dispute, reverse了我的payment:
I bought this seedbox service with 1 Gigbit add-on from rapidpeer.com. Unfortunately the speed is not as fast as they advertised. Most importantly the server is unstable and I always have no download and upload. Yesterday the seedbox server was down. I submitted a technical support ticket but I got no answer. Their live support is offline all day. Today I sent another message, no answer again. Their service is not the same as they described. I am tired of their trash seedbox and extremely poor service. Right now the server is still down. I have changed seedbox provider and don't need their service anymore. Now I just want my money back.
这个供应商到现在还没有在paypal里回音,估计关门了。
如果你用的是信用卡,联系信用卡公司把钱reverse回来。
