好不容易参考国外教程安装好plextraktsync了，请问这个添加j...

终于找到教程安装好了，教程如下。

看到配置文件里面也有watch，这个同步后会自动关闭这个docker，请问这个还需要另外配置吗？还是需要添加一个计划任务或者安装一个监视的 docker的啊，爬了很多网页文档，对这个解释的看不懂。我是群辉918+，请高人帮帮忙啊。

Enable Scrobbling
Scrobbling is the process of automatically tracking what you’re watching back to Trakt without any interaction needed. The Compose file above is set to use the command which will look for activity for the synced user and update Trakt in real time, including any partial watches.
