HDBits - New rule about 1080p HDR WEB-DL


We added a new rule:
HDR/DoVi WEB-DL at 1080p can be trumped by any 2160p HDR WEB-DL. 1080p WEB-DL has low bitrate and is of no use when 2160p exists. Don't upload 1080p HDR WEB-DL when 2160p HDR WEB-DL already exists.

This doesn't concern 1080p HDR encodes from 4K BD.

We recommend not to upload 1080p HDR WEB-DL when 2160p WEB-DL is expected shortly.
