几则通知：
1. 升级了tracker连接，增强了IPv4及IPv6的互联性，现在tracker地址已修改为tracker.hyperay.cc，今后下载的种子将自动包含该地址。之前种子的tracker地址依旧有效，但推荐手动批量更换为目前的地址。此外种子同伴页面及个人详情页面已可查看连接类型等信息。

2. 优化访问后，top域名已下线，仅保留通用节点及职员节点。

3. 部分会员存在下完就跑的现象，管理组会酌情考虑给予警告或其他处理，请喜欢吸血的朋友注意一下。


Several notifications:
1. We had upgraded the tracker,enhanced the connection for IPv4 with IPv6,tracker address was modified to "tracker.hyperay.cc",future torrents download automatically includes this address. The old tracker address is still valid, but it is recommended to replace the current manual batch address to new address. Seeding pages and userdetails page can view the connection type and other information now.

2. In order to upgrading the tracker, "www.hyperay.top" domain name had been offline, leaving only common node(www.hyperay.cc) and staffs' node.

3. For Several days,we noticed that some of members will not seeding once he completed, staffs will consider, those members will be given a warning or other punishment, please seeding at least 12 hours when others are still downloading.

英文公告中的那个蓝色的链接就是网址，可以正常打开。

那一处我看到了。为什么对普通人来讲，不能明确通知换网站地址呢？

这次公告的主要内容是tracker地址的更换，网站的地址早就已经换了。
