老规矩，你的帐号旁边原本就有个最低要求的 Ratio

现在就是改限制(Ratio Watch)规则，

以前是低于那个值过三个礼拜没回到那个值就三个礼拜没得抓（但号还在）

现在是一个月没有回到那个最低值，再见

总归一句话，没办法捐献就好好养好你的号。
最后，

那个 T. 跟 S. 就等哪边还是什么 1,000,000 某个值破了之后，预计十二月前可能你可以互换 buffer 这样。
