【STP】上传规则调整

We have completed a complete re-write of our Uploading Rules, which can be found here. The new rules detail what is allowed to be uploaded, and how it is to be arranged, titled, and formated. We encourage all members to read them carefully, as they are in force immediately. Feedback regarding the content of the rules or any errors that may be found would be greatly appreciated and helpful, and can be provided in the discussion thread.

With all these yearly/decade packs STP has now most likely more magazines than myAnon and bib. You can still send me pms to join. We're working on a new stylesheet and some smaller issues. STP will be out of beta soon and we'll start invite threads for power users on several trackers.
