A number of our uploaders are concerned about where their original posts are being reposted, so we will now be enforcing their declared wishes for "keep as 'tik only" by Warning for a 1st disregard and Banning for a 2nd. If we don't support them the result will be less posts, to the detriment of us all.

In addition, there are ad-sponsored or otherwise profit-oriented sites making money out of what we give freely to be enjoyed free by all, so for reposting to ALL sites of this sort you must have the specific written permission of the originator, whether they stipulated "tik only" or not. The same Warn then Ban penalties for non-compliance will apply.
