OVH已经回复，大意是已经付款不能在退税，只能先传资料给他们，然后以后付款的时候可以不交税。

  You need to sign the attached document. As we are based in France the document is in French. By signing the document, you are stating that you are legally not obligated to pay VAT. Without this signed document, OVH must charge you VAT.

Also include a copy of a current bill with your name and address on it along with a photo ID. This is to prove your your place of residency.

After receiving the documents, the TVA will be removed from future purchases and renewals. Unfortunately, OVH can not reimburse you for TVA already paid.

1）是发货时默认安装的吗？
2）还是用户可选？
3）可以同时跑deluge和rutorrent加插件吗？
4）知不知道可以有autodl-irssi吗？
5）有没有SSH登陆管理权限？

可以要求装flexget，不过想要设置，要么通过ftp，要么就让客服帮你设置
