这个邮件是不是说只要有英国人的地址一个身份证复印件（护照，驾驶执照）-地址证明（实用账单）发过去就可以买啦？

是的，邮件说服务只提供给英国，爱尔兰等地，如果你能提供英国地址，身份证，就发到billing@ 去。

至于退款事宜，试着回复原来的邮箱，再加上billing@
"Hi, I live in PRC (China). If you cannot provide the services to China, please refund my payment. I already used my PayPal as payment option when ordering. Please refund the payment to my PayPal. Thank you."

ovh.co.uk或者kimsufi.co.uk是肯定不行的。可以去ovh.com或者kimsufi.com碰碰运气。到时候仔细看浏览器的地址栏，别又跳转到UK了。

根据坛子上的购买情况，不是每个人都能一次就购买成功，可能得看OVH受理这个单子的客服
若收到这样的邮件，没有真实的信息就不用折腾了
可以换个时间再试一次（最好换张信用卡、换个ID等等）

再请教，如果提供英国的身份地址，是不是买的就英国的OVH，有流量限制的那种？还是买来的还是无流量限制的这种？
