I know,but you need another prestige  first.
You should share your invitations in the forum first in order to get you need.(http://www.gebi1.com/forum-206-1.html)
Once you share yours, you can get your third prestige ,no matter if there is somebody wants them.
I do think you can do it just as you did before.
