B*S:Problem of "Connect: No"

Hi, everyone.

Recently, we have some problem of "Connect: No" and "Connect: Unknown".

After doing some tests, we think that there's some problem on network device of our server.

So we'll exchange network device of our server at this weekend.

There'll be no server-down, but the website is sometimes not connectable.
