x264：新的SSL证书

It's that time of the year again. Time for a new SSL cert. Old members will recall this yearly happening. New members... we know, life is tough

又是一年更新SSL证书时。老会员们知道这个“年经”。新人们，记住，生活艰难哦。

Self signed certificate (cause screw the man and charging money for 4 or 5 linux commands...)

虽然是自制的证书，但就拿4、5行linux命令却耗费不少人力和财力.。

so please accept and save the certificate and you should only be prompted that one time.

Edit: Adding the certificate can be tricky in Chrome, so some users may find the below steps helpful.

chrome用户可能需要一些步骤来接受证书。（下面的翻译省略。。用chrome的一定懂这些英文了～～）

1. Browse to https://x264.me and click "Proceed anyway"
2. Click the lock icon in the address bar, then click "Certificate information"
3. Click the details tab and "Copy to File..."
4. Click Next, Next, Browse and pick a location to save it
5. Go to options in Chrome and go to the "Under the Hood" tab.
6. Click on "Manage certificates"
7. Go to the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" tab. click Import.
8. Click Next, Browse, and select the certificate you saved.
9. Click Next, Next, Finish, and click Yes on the Security Warning window
