CHD关于会员等级新规则的公告（将于 2011-10-1 施行）[Updated 2011-09-14]

自会员等级新标准颁布以来，经过众多热心会员的广泛探讨，我们综合了各方面的意见与建议，本着“促进下载、鼓励上传”的精神，针对 10.1 新标准做了如下调整：

1、会员升降级标准中新的分享率要求（注册时间和下载量要求维持原标准）：
  
  ·冰人(Peasant)   当未满足以下条件之一者，将被自动降至本级:
       如果你已经下载了超过 10 GB，你应该有大于 0.6  的分享率。
       如果你已经下载了超过 50 GB，你应该有大于 0.7  的分享率。
       如果你已经下载了超过 100 GB，你应该有大于 0.8  的分享率。
       如果你已经下载了超过 200 GB，你应该有大于 0.9  的分享率。
       如果你已经下载了超过 400 GB，你应该有大于 1.0  的分享率。

  ·感冒(Power User)   必须注册至少5周，并且下载至少 120 G，分享率大于 2.0。
       当条件符合时将被自动提升。注意，无论何时，如果你的分享率低于 1.9，你将自动降级。

  ·发热(Elite User)   必须注册至少10周，并且下载至少 220 G，分享率大于 2.5。
       当条件符合时将被自动提升。注意，无论何时，如果你的分享率低于 2.4，你将自动降级。

  ·低烧(Crazy User)   必须注册至少15周，并且下载至少 400 G，分享率大于 3.0。
       当条件符合时将被自动提升。注意，无论何时，如果你的分享率低于 2.9，你将自动降级。

  ·中烧(Insane User)   必须注册至少20周，并且下载至少 600 G，分享率大于 3.5。
       当条件符合时将被自动提升。注意，无论何时，如果你的分享率低于 3.4，你将自动降级。

  ·高烧(Veteran User)   必须注册至少25周，并且下载至少 900 G，分享率大于 4.0。
       当条件符合时将被自动提升。注意，无论何时，如果你的分享率低于 3.9，你将自动降级。

  ·烧糊涂(Extreme User)   必须注册至少25周，并且下载至少 1.2 TB，分享率大于 4.5。
       当条件符合时将被自动提升。注意，无论何时，如果你的分享率低于 4.4，你将自动降级。

  ·走火入魔(Ultimate User)   必须注册至少30周，并且下载至少 2.0 TB，分享率大于 5.0。
       当条件符合时将被自动提升。注意，无论何时，如果你的分享率低于 4.9，你将自动降级。

  ·骨灰(Nexus Master)   必须注册至少30周，并且下载至少 3.5 TB，分享率大于 5.5。
       当条件符合时将被自动提升。注意，无论何时，如果你的分享率低于 5.4，你将自动降级。

2、首次升级为“烧糊涂”等级赠送 1 枚邀请，首次升级为“走火入魔”等级赠送 2 枚邀请，首次升级为“骨灰”等级赠送 3 枚邀请。邀请名额均为永久性的。“骨灰”等级及以上会员具有邀请的权限。


为了给大家一个缓冲期，新规则将于2011年10月1日起正式实施。

In order to increase the membership level of activity, according to the sharerate for all levels of membership status, the management group to be adjustedfor each grade standards, but also on the invitation policy has been relaxed,the specific changes are as follows:

Elite User

Must have been be a member for at least 10 weeks, have downloaded at least220GB and have a ratio at or above 2.5. The promotion is automatic when theseconditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratiodrops below 2.4 at any time.

Crazy User

Must have been be a member for at least 15 weeks, have downloaded at least400GB and have a ratio at or above 3.0. The promotion is automatic when theseconditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratiodrops below 2.9 at any time.

Insane User

Must have been be a member for at least 20 weeks, have downloaded at least600GB and have a ratio at or above 3.5. The promotion is automatic when theseconditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratiodrops below 3.4 at any time.

Veteran User

Must have been be a member for at least 25 weeks, have downloaded at least900GB and have a ratio at or above 4.0. The promotion is automatic when theseconditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratiodrops below 3.9 at any time.

Extreme User

Must have been be a member for at least 25 weeks, have downloaded at least1.2TB and have a ratio at or above 4.5. The promotion is automatic when theseconditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratiodrops below 4.4 at any time.

Ultimate User

Must have been be a member for at least 30 weeks, have downloaded at least 2TBand have a ratio at or above 5.0. The promotion is automatic when theseconditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratiodrops below 4.9 at any time.

Nexus Master

Must have been be a member for at least 30 weeks, have downloaded at least3.5TB and have a ratio at or above 5.5. The promotion is automatic when theseconditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratiodrops below 5.4 at any time.

2. The first upgrade to "Extreme User" class presented an invitationto the first upgrade for the "Ultimate User" class presented twoinvited, the first upgrade to "Nexus Master" class presented threeinvited. Inviting places are permanent. "Nexus Master" class andabove members have invited permission.

To give you a grace period, the new rules will be October 1, 2011 come intoforce.

Concernant la publication de nouvelles règlementations :
Afin d’augmenter le niveau d’adhésion, le groupe de la direction va s’ajusterselon le taux de partage (le ratio) des membres de tout niveau. Et la politiqued’invitation devient plus souple. Les modifications spécifiques sont les suivantes :

ànoter que vous serez automatiquement rétrogardé de cestatut si votre ratio descend en dessous de 4.9 à toutmoment.

Nexus Master

Les membres doivent avoir été enregistrés pendant au moins 30 semaines, qui ont téléchargé au moins 3.5 TB et avec un ratio égal ou supérieur à5.5. Lorsque ces conditions seront remplies, vous serez automatiquementlevel-up.
ànoter que vous serez automatiquement rétrogardé de cestatut si votre ratio descend en dessous de 5.4 à toutmoment.

Une fois que vous êtes devenu « Extreme User », nous vous donneronsune invitation; «Ultimate User »,nous vous donnerons deux invitations; « Nexus Master », nous vous donneronstrois invitations. Sachant que ces invitations sont permanentes, et que vouspourrez les utiliser lorsque vous atteingnerez le niveau « Nexus Master ».

Avant de s’adapter aux nouvelles règlementations, ladirection décide de les mettre en oeuvre à partir du 1er Octobre 2011.
