关于hd-torrents的考核制度

刚进去还不太清楚考核制度，看了rules，我也没找到考核制度在哪里？有的会员说3个月要下载15G。3个月的时间具体是怎么算的？还是我下载了30G，就相当于6个月的呢？还有图中那个Quarter:1.90GB 是什么意思？是考核的吗？谢谢指点！

Dear members,

Today we introduced a new system of accounting and recording the downloaded/uploaded amount of data. The major change is a requirement to download at least 15 GB per quarter (3 months).

This is in a response to the big number of inactive accounts - as of today there are a lot of members that regularly log in but do nothing at the site - they do not download or seed anything.

Now this will change. Everyone is required to download 15 GB for a period of 90 days. If you download less than 15 GB per 90 days, you will first get a reminder to comply with the new rule within 3 days. If you don't download 15 GB within 90 days, your account will be disabled.

All the other ratio requirements still apply.

Now I would like to explain how the new rule will be applied:

Members will see how much they downloaded in current Quarter right next to Invites.
The year will be divided in 4 quarters as follows: 1st quarter January, February, March; 2nd quarter April, May, June, 3rd quarter July, August, September; 4th quarter October, November, December.
Statistic will start on 0:00 on 1st day on every quarter.
If a member have not downloaded 15GB till 26th on 3th month of every quarter (March, June, September, December) he/she will be informed by blinking value of the downloaded amount during current quarter.
If member have not downloaded 15GB till 23:30 on last day of the 3th month of the current quarter his/her account will be disabled.
This rule will be applied for members that are registered for more than 3 months. This means that all newly registered members will enjoy a grace period until the 1-st day of the next quarter.
Download amount of torrents with free leech option will be counted in full (10GB will be counted as 10GB no matter whether the torrent is free, -75%, -50% or -25%).

The rule is valid for all members except VIP and above classes.

每季度要求15G下载量（这个下载为真实下载量，比如6G 50%的折扣种子，你下载后，个人数据：下载量增加3G,考核流量增加6G），季度末清零。
Quarter:1.90GB 表示本季度您已经下载了1.9G，还需下13.1G

考核规则在论坛的公告区，一共就4、5个公告，一下就能找到，lz自己去看一眼吧，链接就不贴了，贴了链接是非多。。。

从加入起每3个月15G+

这个站（包括其他外站）上传令人很无奈。

是按实际下载量15G计算的，这个应该不难。

如果刚刚注册，则在注册三个月之后参加考核

HDT是全额计算的
就算下载的是free，也算下载量
