IPT：新的FL政策

Dear Uploaders,

We thank you for your continuous support to bring the hottest torrents to the site.

亲爱的上传者，

感谢你们为IPT做出的贡献。

In the greater interest of the community and site, the IPT Team has decided to trial a new freeleech system for the next 2 weeks.

为了网站更好的发展，IPT决定在接下来的两周测试新的Freeleech系统。

From now on all freeleech requests must be a minimum of 8 GB encapsulating high quality content (either individual movies or packs including game packs etc).

从现在起，所有的FL请求（上传员特权）将限定在至少8G以上的高清封装资源（单部电影或者季度或者大包，包括游戏）。

There is no longer a limit for the number of freeleech torrents an uploader can request, provided that each request meets the 8 GB size threshold.

上传员可无限请求FL，只要满足以上条件。

We have also decided to discard the 7 day rule, so they only criteria for obtaining permission to freeleech a torrent is the minimum size described above only.

我们也决定撤销7天FL规则，也就是说只要达到规则，种子将永久FL。

It is felt that such measures are necessitated to reduce the hit and runs whereby giving the members an adequate incentives to peruse the freeleech facility.

同时我们认为需要一定的措施制止过多的H&R，也是让会员更仔细地了解关于新FL系统。

Like always, all of us strive to consistently ensure that this measure is  being taken in the interest of the Members, Uploaders and the site itself and can be considered as the new freeleech policy with immediate effect.

和平时一样，我们努力确保政策的正确实施，同时考虑立即生效的FL政策对会员的兴趣、上传员的利益以及网站的生存的影响。

Any freeleech request for any torrent less than the stipulated amount will be disregarded.

所有不合标准的FL请求将被忽视。

我怎么觉得不爽了，，8G 才免费 ~ 我都是找 1~2g的剧集包，还有 xbox 包也多数 5，6g ~这不是废了么 ~

目前在養上傳量...下載了一堆免費的..XXX..
沒魔力換上傳量..還真不習慣..
目前只下載一些小工具使用

8G以上才能FL啊 这个有点头疼啊
