A gentle reminder about activity

This is just a reminder about the activity rules. We are a community, a small tight-knit community and we expect all members to play a part. We removed the the minimum 3GB download requirement but that does not mean members can sit back and do nothing. All we ask is that each month you download something or upload a new torrent or even just take part in the forum discussions. That really can't be so hard to do. Collectors and traders will not be tolerated. Just logging in is NOT considered using the account nor is just seeding one or two files for months on end.
我们已经删除掉每个月最少3G下载量的要求，但是那绝不意味着大家就可以翘起二郎腿无所事事了。我们所要的是每个月大家能下载点资源或者上传一个新资源，甚至参与论坛讨论也成啊。这并不难啊。仅仅登录或者持续数月保种一两个种子都不被认为使用了账号。

Regarding downloading, it is becoming clear that many new users have the erroneous impression that SciHD is a hard place to keep a good ratio and are scared to download. Nothing could be further from the truth. We have a very generous "seed credit" system in place that will allow you download everything you would ever want, you just need to seed back past the required minimum 72hrs. This helps the whole community, and keeps the content alive.关于下载，很明显，很多新会员错误的认为在SCIHD很难保持一个好的分享率，于是不敢下载。世界上最大的误解莫过于此了。我们现在实行非常优惠的“保种奖励”体系：只要大家下载后保种必须的72小时，大家随便下载自己需要的资源。此举为站点注入了活力，保证资源持续有效。

This being said, we will be disabling inactive accounts on a regular basis from now on. Please do not take this as a threat, that is not our intention. But we do expect all users to be active in one way or another. If you have any questions, please use the IRC support channel, forums or support tickets and we will be happy to help.

国外的站点，暂时没兴趣进。。

这个站真的可以没有，毫无优势，资源少，想下的纪录片还不如HDC的多，而且下的人也少。有国外的bitme或者IPT就行了。。
