【HDWinG】开放注册及年终考核通告

年中已至，HDWinG也已经上线三个多月了。新站上线以来承蒙新老会员的坚持与厚爱，人气已逐步恢复。但是为了给会员创造一个更优质、更专业的高清资源共享与讨论的社区，经过管理组协商，做出以下决定并予以公告：


一、HDWinG开放注册通告

HDWinG将于2013年06月20日0时到2013年06月22日24时内进行开放注册。

特别提醒

站点所有新注册会员需完成新手考核任务，同时本次开放要求新注册会员时刻满足站点的总体分享率要求。（无一周分享率缓冲区）
开放注册期间严打一人多号、代过考核行为，所有新注册会员将被审查，如有上述行为，必将严处。
重申新人考核标准

本站为提高网站会员整体素质和质量，所有新加入的会员须接受新手考核（包括开放注册和会员邀请）。规则如下：

I.注册后3天（开放注册）或7天（邀请注册）内无任何流量行为的账号将被删除。
II.注册30天之后进行最终月考核，上传量不得小于30G，下载量不得小于30G，同时做种积分不得少于4000点，否则账号将被删除。

注意：有捐赠荣誉标志的会员、VIP、uploader或更高等级会员均不参与以上的考核。

二、关于HDWinG 2013年中考核的公告

本次考核旨在清理长期不活动无作为用户，并推动广大会员上传下载积极性，故一改以往考核之旧调，请务必细读新办法，免致意外。

考核时间

自2013/07/01至2013/08/31，为期两月。
考核对象

注册于2013年03月21日前的用户群体，即新站点上线之前注册的用户。
考核办法

I.对于初阶会员（群众演员/配角/演员），实行末位淘汰考核，将视上传下载总量之和排序，淘汰此级别会员排名最后500人。

II.对于进阶会员（大腕/编剧/导演），实行流量、做种积分增量考核，考核期内需完成统计下载量和上传量增量各50G，做种积分增量4000分的目标任务。该流量为系统计算的有效流量和做种积分（流量为计算下载优惠后的实际增量，积分兑换有效，参考系统排名计算方法，做种积分参见个人页面）。
例如：如果您2013年7月1日的状态为上传量 : 2000 GB 下载量 : 1000 GB 做种积分：20000.00，那么考核结束时您必须达到如下标准：上传量 ≥2050 GB 下载量≥1050 GB 做种积分≥ 24000.00

其他说明

I.带有星标的捐赠用户，VIP用户，制片人及其以上级别用户，将无需考核。
II.本次考核内容包括下载量、上传量和做种积分，必须完成所有考核项才算通过考核。
III.考核期间严打作弊、代刷等行为，管理组将委派专人监察，请勿抱有侥幸心理，戒之慎之，一经查处，必将严处。

From the very beginning of the renaissance of our tracker, all our members showed their insistence and enthusiasm from which our tracker get the energy to rise up again. Yes, we never let go. Considering the actuality we are facing now, to establish a more professional and higher quality community, we need to take actions, right now.And here goes the staff decision:


Openning for Register


The tracker will open for registration from Jun. 20th, 2013 at 00:01 AM, to Jun. 22rd, 2013 at 11:59 PM.


Notice

All new members must pass the newbies' assessment, and shall always satisfy ratio requirements at the same time.（There will be NO any time to improve the ratio.)
Multi registration and cheating in assessment are strictly forbidden, anyone get caught would get banned.
Restate Check-up System for Newbie

All newbies must take part in our new check-up system (including open-registrition and invitation) to improve the quality of our members.

1.If failed to meet the following requirements, new users would be banned after 30 days from the date of registration, regardless of signing up though invites or open registrations. Further, a new account created by open registration with no upload or download behavior in the first 3 days will be banned, while 7 days for registration through invitation.
2.You MUST achieve 30G for both the minimum uploading and downloading amount as well as gaining "seeding" bonus no less than 4000 points in 30 days from the date of registration. These conditions shall be met simultaneously or you account will be banned.

Note : Donors，VIPs，Uploaders, Encoders, or users with higher rank are excluded from the above check-up system.
About HDWinG MiDYear Assessment

To clean out those inactive accounts and to inspire our enthusiasm on leeching, this will be a unique examination, quite different from past ones, please read every word carefully.


Time

Starting from July/1st/2013, ending at Aug/31st/2013, last for 2 months.
Target

Users who registered before March/21st/2013.
Process

I. For those junior members, including only "群众演员"，"配角"，"演员", you need to take the elimination exam, based on the total amount of the sum of upload and download, members ranked among the last 500 will be disabled.

II.For senior members, including only "大腕" & "编剧" & "导演" ，you need to finish a date increment exam, which is based on the traffic and Seeding Points. You should increase your both UL and DL with 50G and Seeding Points with 4000 points.
For Example：If your status on July/1st/2013 is UL: 2000 GB DL : 1000 GB Seeding Points：20000.00，you can pass the Assessment at the ending date if your status can meet this UL ≥2050 GB DL≥1050 GB Seeding points≥ 24000.00
Other Notes

I.Donors，VIPs，uploaders, encoders, or users with higher ranks are excluded from examination.
II.You MUST pass all UL, DL and Seeding points assessment, or you will get banned.
III. Cheating in assessment are strictly forbidden.
