【HDB】图片新规则

Long story short, we ran out of HDD space on our Imagehost today which meant images couldn't be uploaded for a few hours. This day was expected but we didn't notice it was coming so soon.
Space will be freed by deleting images that are not linked on HDBits anywhere anymore (20% of all images).
Also new rules/suggestions for our Imagehost have been put in place and in the Rules:
- We recommend to use our imagehost for images linked in uploaded torrents: **** Hidden Message *****
- API can be uploaded for it too: see WIKI
- Please save the server's HDD space and do not abuse it by uploading too many screenshots per torrent.
- 2-3 individual screens are perfectly fine for individual TV episodes, 4-6 for a pack or a movie
- Do not exceed 10 individual screens per torrent or 10 comparison rows of screens!
- Always use 24-bit PNG images (8-bit per colour channel, no alpha channel).
- If torrent is deleted, images will be deleted automatically with it.
