As it is a completly new site there are still lots of things that we are working on so please don't worry if a feature is missing, we are still adding all of the bits and bobs.If you spot something that doesn't work please post in the bug report forum.We are inundated with staff messages and PMs so please only contact staff if you actually need help yourself.
We are aware of the issue of the snatch lists, which no longer show seeding time and are trying to find a solution for this.
Members who have downloads that will not start and show 0 peers should try exiting their client (via file/exit at the top) and then restarting it. Once the torrents are restarted the download should commence. Please ensure that you have your client (utorrent, vuze etc) set as the default program for torrents (in your control panel>>file associations).
Lots of you found yourselves with banned IP's during the move. This was because people were trying to log in before the member accounts had been imported. The bans have now been lifted, but should you still be having problems please send an un-ban IP request from the log in page. Please do not use the contact us by email link as it will not work.If are still stuck please send a message on our facebook page.
Lastly could any VIP who's donation period expired during the past week please contact LL (via the 'meet the staff' list) so that we can credit you with any lost days. All VIPs will be compensated for the time we were down once we have everything else sorted out.
