【IFR】Major Changes!

There are a few major changes here, and we want to make sure that everyone knows about them!
First is the changing of the rules for uploading. Based on a few comments and things of that nature we have found that a lot of people want to make it not required to have info.txt and images in the torrent. So this has been changed permanently! We will still have the checkmark for those that do have those qualifications, but they are no longer required!
Second and the most radical change is that we are going Total Traffic! This may seem to mean that we are going away from our old ways, but we aren't. There is still ratio. You will still be penalized for hit and running and having a low ratio, but on the site the only thing you will see is your total traffic (upload+download).
Finally we are reworking and removing some features of the bonus points system. We are going to be removing the bonus that is given for seeding. This is to make it a little bit harder to get bonus as well as try to get more people in IRC (where you still get bonus) as well as make it so you actually use some of that bonus you have been hoarding. We are also removing the ability to buy upload from the market, mostly because it seems that there are people abusing this and just making it impossible to really enjoy the tracker!
The changes will be gradual and we will be changing quite a few more things on the site as the next week progresses! If you have any reservations about these changes, please let us know ans we will see what we can do!

1、取消积分系统的部分功能，做种不再有积分，挂IRC仍然有。
2、取消积分购买上传功能。
3、有了H&R
