OVH currently blocking IPT

From ipt staff

Staff are aware of the issue, this is a problem from the OVH side and we cannot do anything about it, none of your current uploading data will be being counted on IPT if you are using these servers.Apparently ovh is blocking all connections to IPT from their servers. IPT staff are looking into the matter and trying to get it resolved.

This can be the start of a new bad era for torrenting....
如果属实，也就是说，用OVH，刷IPT上传不会被统计
但没说下载会怎样，仍然会统计？
