B*S:警告越南用户，因泄露独家资源违反规则

We are announcing a warning message to all Vietnamese users regarding Exclusive data leak violation.

Recently and unfortunately, our Exclusive data has been leaked and uploaded in Vietnamese tracker.

The violated users are all from Vietnam and are currently banned.

Since we already experienced many Exclusive leakage violations from Vietnam users in the past and if similar violation is committed again, we have to announce drastic steps as follows:

1. Stop all accounts which IPs are from Vietnam
2. Ban all IPs from Vietnam

We understand that only few users are violating the rules. However, our Exclusive data keep leaking to a certain country, and the administrators have to make a hard decision as explained above.

Once again, keep in mind that leakage is a serious rule violation and the administrators asking users to respect the rules and NEVER upload our Exclusive data to other trackers.

这站的规则挺严的 貌似用它1080i重编码资源也是不允许在其它地方发布的
这站的独家资源泄漏其实还是挺多的 比如有一版少女时代日本演唱会蓝光版 站里没发布多久 公网到处都有了
