HD-mkv做种时间变化

Title: SEED REQUIREMENTS, REQUESTS, NO SEEDS
I just wanted to update everyone that SEED TIME REQUIREMENTS for members, hdlover and hdaddicts has been increased to 48 hour or ratio of 1.0.

also for requests ONLY hdaddicts and vip will be able to make requests we hope this encourages seeding by all members so torrents stay more active for longer periods of time.

We really appreciate any help going forward to keep torrents seeded.

In the future requests will come back for members once we can start keeping the current torrents seeded more consistently.

We have also been removing dead torrents so we can get new updated uploads that are well seeded to make the site more download and upload friendly.

我只是想更新每个成员做种的时间要求，hdlover和hdaddicts已增加至48小时或1.0的比例，也请求hdaddicts和贵宾将能够做到，我们希望鼓励所有成员，使种子播种更积极的停留较长时间，我们真的很感谢任何帮助，向前发展，以保持种子做种。
我们也已消除断种子，这样我们就可以得到新的更新，以及种子，使得可以更好的下载和上传友
