HDCenter is a small german tracker dedicated to quality rather than sheer mass.
We are pretty sure that by now we have recruited every german speaking user that is as driven by it as we are,
which is why we decided to go International.
We recently made English versions of all documents available and our Encodes have always been (at least) DualLanguage, of course Staff and Support are multilingual, too.

Our small but growing community is united by the pursuit of the perfect encode.
We do not race and we do not care for external recognition. Our Encoders rather spend a week figuring out the x264 settings for maximum transparency or do a hybrid encode of all availible
sources, combining and recutting audio and video if need be, than try to "get the release out there" as fast as possible.
While many people are able to encode for a 30 or 40 inch screen, we deliver the quality you need for your 100"+projection (every Encode is tested for such sizes) . http://chdbits.org/pic/smilies/1.gif
