[原创] autodl-irssi配置文件

在rutorrent的界面上配置出来的，参考网上文档，自己修改调试了好久，给想刷TL的用户参考。

用的话，需要修改user, passwd, 以及目录、rsskey. 导入就可以了。

另，需要在rutorrent的分享率设置一下ratio1,ratio2,ratio5, 分别用来控制不同种类的视频的分享率，达到该分享率后自动删除。
