HD-torrents PT站规则翻译（双语版）

- If you have a combined download total in excess of 25 GB and your ratio is below 0.70 you will receive two consecutive warnings. Failure to act upon the warnings and increase your ratio above 0.70 will get your account disabled.超过25G的下载应有不低于0.70的分享率，不然将得到两次连续警告。无法对警告做出行动并增加你的分享率的话，你的帐号将被封禁。- You are required to download at least 15 GB each quarter (90 days). Each quarter starts respectively on 1st day of January, April, July and October and ends on the last day of March, June, September and December. 1. Before you even consider to upload, use the search tool and make sure the content is not already present on HD-Torrents. 考核跟 free 没关系，就是页面上那个 quarter 显示的就是你本季度下载流量 ~
-25% 就是你下载 100g 只算 75g, 上传多少还是多少
-75% 就是你下载 100g 只算 25g, ....
新人从第2个季度开始考核

我又去HDT里面看了下，当鼠标放到“-25%”上面时，显示“count 75% of download”，所以楼主可以确认下是不是写反了~
