TL的种子文件只能下载一次么，另外还想问下同ip不同时间登陆2号会被ban么

This means that if we find anybody downloading the same release more than once, the user's account will be banned. Banned users cannot simply just get another invite and rejoin as they will be instantly banned after doing so along with the user that invited them.
So make sure you don't download your stuff more than once.
If you DO need to download some torrents again and they are still in your snatchlist, speak to a moderator to seek permission in order to do so. This is so that the moderator can make a note on your account giving permission for the additional downloads.
Please be advised that even though you previously downloaded the releases, downloading them again will still affect your ratio and you are still required to seed them back again to either 60 hours or 120 announces (Don't just set your client to announce every few minutes as we can detect this and will lead to your account being banned)
是说下载那个种子文件就是torrent只能一次，还是把文件下下来只能一次呢，搞不懂啊搞不懂，貌似自己已经重复下过某个种子文件了

想了个法子，注册两号，一个号先进去下点东西，下完后退出，登另一个号来辅种，之前的那个就等着被ban了，只不过是同ip登陆。看了下规则，没看到有这方面的限制还是我没看仔细？ 应该是同一资源只能下一次 我觉得要是这么搞两个号都危险 关键有些英文的特定意思不知道，规则的细节没了解清楚，比如下面这句If you cant reach 0.4 on the torrent ratio then the torrent must be left open seeding for minimum of 60 hours/120 announces，(Do not cheat this by manually forcing an announce as we can detect this easily and you will be caught）这里的announces是个什么东西知道么

但是如果你『真的要』再下载同一个档案，档案还在你的下载历史清单内的话，请通知管理者给你权限。
这样可以让管理者在你的帐号上注记你又抓了一次档案

重复下载种子还是一样会影响你的分享率，
你也一样被要求作种 60 小时或是 120 次 announce （不要想说改 announce 时间，因为抓到只会让你帐号被 BAN）
announce 是什么意思请自行百度，要解释这东西的话，那是你玩 BT/PT 需要知道的东西，恕我不多着墨。

还想问下同ip不同时间登2号会被ban么，看了半天没看到这方面的规则
解释下吧：
1.种子文件可以任意多次下载，没有关系。
2.当一个种子的内容下载完成的时候，会记录下载数+1，你可以在你的snatch list里看到。
3.此下载数不能超过1，超过会被ban。（如果一个地方没下载完，在另一个地方下载完，一般是不会有事的）。
4.如果单种达不到0.4的分享率，就需要做种60小时。TL的种子设定是半小时向tracker回报（announce）一次，你完成以后，需要announce 120次。（同样可以在snatch list里看到）不要老用update tracker的功能，否则可能会被误解为作弊。 想问下同ip不同时间登陆2号会被ban么，也就是所谓的马甲，看了半天没看到这方面的规则

抱歉，没有2个号。
不过补充一下，TL等任何PT站都不允许一个人有2个及以上的帐号，当然这条规则的存在也就意味着一般情形下不会出现你说的这种情况了，出现这情况基本判为作弊。
再补充一下，你只是为了辅种而去注册了一个马甲，这个是极其不值得的。
TL里面的很多种子都可以在其他PT站找到并辅种。
