ipt能通过irc挂魔力吗

刚开始混国外网站，还不知道irc怎么挂有具体的教程吗，按照ipt的教程怎么总是进不了ipt的频道啊

我没盒子，觉得IPT还是比较好混的，有freeleech，还有几分可以换上传。只要多挂种还是没问题的。
