A-HD：衷心感谢xandercage! Encoder的退役

                        Over 2 years ago xandercage (founder and sole encoder of xander encodes exclusively at Awesome-HD.net) uploaded what would be 1 of 299 encodes, uploading sometimes 2 to 3 encodes per week! A momentous achievement to say the least, now it is time he takes a break. In life, sometimes you have to take that break and catch your breath to see what else is out there. Discovery is a great thing and xandercage has decided to take that long overdue break to discover and expand his life. From this point on, he will not be doing anymore encodes (there is no talk of returning, but if he does return one day, we will welcome him with open arms). He asks for everyone to respect this decision and had these words to say: "It was really a pleasure for me to be a part of this community and thanks everybody for supporting me. Great times, since 2009...wish you all the best, and have fun and all good things you want..."

Countless, long hours were spent bringing us entertainment and outstanding encodes, this is something we all need to remember and not feel sad but happy for xandercage. Although it is hard to put into words just how we felt for such overwhelming commitment to the tracker, we say thank you, thank you, thank you so very much for all you have done for Awesome-HD xandercage, all the staff here from the Sysops, Admin, Moderators and Front Line Support Team, wish you the very best in life and may all the good things come to you always.

从两年前xandercage（接下来简称为XD）为A-HD上传第一个独家压制之后，他一共有299部作品，有时候甚至是2-3部一周。
这是一个值得纪念的成就，但是XD准备休息休息了。有时候你的确应该慢下脚步看看周围的风景。

探索是伟大的，XD准备将长期攒下来的假期用作发现生活中更美好的事物。从现在起，他不再压片（他没有告知回归时间，但他回来的那一天，迎接他的是我们温暖的怀抱）。他希望大家尊重他的决定，并且说道：“能够成为这个家庭的一部分是我的荣幸，感谢大家的支持。从2009年到现在，这是一段难以忘怀的时光。祝大家一切安好，快快乐乐，心想事成。”

XD花费了难以计数的光阴用来带给我们快乐以及出色的压制作品。我们需要记得，但不必悲伤，而应该和XD一起欢乐。对我们来说，言语难以表达XD对AHD的忠诚，我们说谢谢，谢谢，真心感谢你为AHD做出的一切。我们全体staff祝福你享受美好生活。
