I have a question about the "Hit and Run" policy here. I downloaded 30.Rock episodes and there's only 1 seeder/peer at anyone time which makes it almost impossible to seed it back. What's the expected seed time on a torrent even if you can't seed it back without it being marked as a hit and run?

If you can somehow magically maintain a good ratio without seeding then be my guest. And no, cheating does not count.
