楼主看看我的诊断信息，和你的有什么不一样？换了一个免费版的air video ,似乎连接上了，但看不到视频文件。

我的调试信息，似乎没有报错的。我看你的报错信息好像是字幕的缺省编码出错，你已经修改了chroot的编码了吗？

已搞定了，原来楼主教程中的airvideo-properties文件有问题，只写入了
folders = video:/volume1/video

#subtitles.encoding = windows-1250

后来参照原文,改成如下：

folders = video:/volume1/video
subtitles.encoding = windows-1250
subtitles.font = ttf-wqy-zenhei
password = password
path.ffmpeg = /home/airvideo/libav/avconv

成功列出目录，顺便提下安卓手机可以用airvid进行测试。

另外楼主脚本中提到的是/volume1，截图上显示的却是/volume2.

非常感谢！已经修改。

不过这个错误不能完全怪我，论坛的排版恨死我了。我写的时候是全的，但保存就会缺了，你看有的代码我都分成两段，因为一段肯定出错。

建议你编码改成GBK，window-1250中文字幕不会有问题吗？

我估计大部分人都是vo1，我是因为删掉了一个磁盘，所以变成了vol2。

已改成GBK，对这个不是很了解，楼主教程不错，我这个小白都成功了，特喜欢debian chroot，谢谢！
